Wherever our customers live, in Italy or abroad, they can enjoy our worldwide shipping.
:: Orders
To place an order You have to register, then You can pay either with your Credit card or cash on delivery (cash on delivery is available only for Italy). When we receive your order, we will send to You an Email to confirm it.
If an item is not available at Ottica Gold, we will immediately inform You about its availability and times to ship it.
:: Payment
- PayPal payments have a fixed cost of 3 €.
- Cash on delivery option have a fixed cost of 5 € and is available only for Italy.
- All the prices of products in our catalog already include VAT.
:: How to buy
After putting the desired items in the shopping cart (using the 'Add to Cart' button near the item description) click the “Continue” button.
During this step all the products in the shopping cart are summarized and You can select the payment method: 'Credit card' or 'cash on delivery' (cash on delivery is available only for Italy).
Click on 'Continue' button to go to the STEP 2 or go back to your shopping cart to modify the selected items by clicking the 'Back' button.
In this page You can check your payment and shipping information. After having checked these data are correct You can confirm your order by clicking on 'Confirm Order' button in the right end corner.
To edit Payment or Shipping method click the 'Back' button to go back to the STEP 1.
To edit your shipping and personal information go to your Account page
In this page You will see the confirmation message that your order has been successfully placed.
Please print the summary of your order and keep it.
If You chosed Credit card as Payment Method You will be redirected to the secure server of Banca Popolare di Sondrio to confirm your transaction.
If You chosed PayPal as Payment Method You will be redirected to the secure server of PayPal to confirm your transaction.
Warning: in case of unavailable products, charging of your credit card will be suspended and our Customer Service will immediately contact You to know how You want to proceed. In case You will not like any of our proposed solutions we will cancel your order and refund all money.
